Return & Replacement Policy — M-HuB (mhub.world)

At M-HuB, we pride ourselves on delivering factory-direct products with quality assurance.
In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer product replacement onlyno refunds are provided under any circumstances.

Please read the policy carefully.


1. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

For any replacement request, you must provide an uninterrupted, continuous video showing:

  • The parcel in sealed condition (before opening)

  • The shipping label clearly

  • Full 360° view of the package

  • The entire unboxing process

  • The exact issue (damage, defect, wrong product, missing part)

⚠️ Edited, paused, unclear, or incomplete videos will not be accepted.


2. Time Window to Report an Issue

You must send the unboxing video and issue details within 3–5 hours of receiving the package.

Claims made after 5 hours will not be eligible for replacement.

3. Eligible Reasons for Replacement

A new product will be sent ONLY in these situations:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product is defective / not functioning

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Missing items (must be shown clearly in unboxing video)

  • Product completely different from listing description


4. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement will NOT be provided if:

  • Unboxing video is missing or incomplete

  • Issue reported after the 3–5 hour window

  • Product is used, installed, washed, or tampered with

  • Damage caused due to customer handling

  • No clear proof of issue in the video

  • Custom or made-to-order items (replacement only if damaged in transit)

  • Clearance or sale items (replacement only, no cancellation/refund)


5. Replacement Process

If your claim is approved:

  1. Our team verifies your unboxing video and issue.

  2. A new replacement product will be shipped to you.

  3. Pickup of the defective/damaged item may be arranged if required.

  4. Replacement timelines depend on stock availability and courier service.

If stock is unavailable, the closest available variant will be offered.
Refunds or cash adjustments will NOT be issued.


6. No Refund Policy

MHuB follows a strict No Refund Policy.
We do not offer refunds under any condition.
Only replacement will be provided for valid claims.


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • No refund is applicable on cancelled or returned orders.
